New Multi-Well Pads Production and Treatment Plans

Posted : November 3, 2023

The field development strategy, as described in our recently announced plan, looks to significantly boost production capacity through the implementation of new multi-well pads. An essential part of this ambitious strategy is to commission state-of-the-art oil treatment facilities and complex gas treatment systems. These installations are aimed at maximizing output and enhancing the efficiency of our extraction and production processes, marking a significant step forward in how we manage and optimize our assets.
1. The announced field development strategy aims to increase production capacity significantly by introducing new multi-well pads.
2. Part of the strategy includes commissioning state-of-the-art oil treatment facilities and complex gas treatment systems to maximize output and enhance extraction and production efficiency.
3. Field development plan involves a multi-pronged approach to maximize productivity and efficiency initiated by the new multi-well pads which allow multiple production points from a single drilling site.
4. Commissioning of oil treatment facilities will enable the processing of extracted crude oil on-site, removing impurities and preparing it for transportation and refining.
5. The strategy also encompasses complex gas treatment, which involves removing of sulfur compounds and carbon dioxide, helping in producing commercial-grade gas and enabling the meeting of production targets in an environmentally-conscious manner.
The new multi-well pads are projected to increase production capacity by up to 50%.
The multi-pronged approach outlined in the field development plan is designed to maximize productivity and efficiency. This begins with the initiation of new multi-well pads, facilities composed of multiple oil or gas wells spread out over a large area. Utilization of these pads allows for the creation of multiple production points from a single drilling site, increasing yield while reducing site footprint. In addition, commissioning oil treatment facilities will enable the strategy to process the crude oil extracted on-site, removing impurities and making it suitable for transportation and refining. Furthermore, the plan involves the implementation of complex gas treatment, a process that includes the removal of sulfur compounds and carbon dioxide to produce cleaner, commercial-grade gas. These combined measures are vital for meeting set production targets in a sustainable and environmentally-conscious manner.
