The Host Communities Producing Oil and Gas (HCPOG) has voiced out their growing anxiety over the fact that two years have passed since the initiation of the Petroleum Industry Act 2021, with yet little to no positive changes seen within the community. Their worry rests heavily on the effects of the delay in the implementation and actualization of the provisions of the act in their respective regions.
